La Zubia holds its annual Carnival 2026 on 7 March with a full day of programming for all ages. 1pm: Street carnival at the Templete de la Musica (bar service). 3:30pm: Official opening with Culture Councillor Pablo Laguna and Mayor Purificacion Lopez, carnival proclamation by Alex Martin Galvez. 4pm: Children's carnival performances at the Templete de la Musica. 5:30pm: Street parade through the town centre ending at Centro Cultural Carlos Cano. 6:30pm: Official Carnival Group Contest (COAC) at Centro Cultural Carlos Cano.
