The University of Granada's Manuel de Falla Choir and Theatre and Dance Group present a programme of Renaissance-era music from the reign of Emperor Charles V (1516-1556). The concert explores the rich musical heritage of 16th-century Spain - a period that produced some of the most celebrated sacred polyphony, courtly songs and villancicos in European history.
