North Pole - Roberts Vanags (Latvia, 2024) • Drama • 20 min Max, a young ice cream seller aspiring to become a techno musician, experiences paralysing stage fright just before going on at a rave club and is forced to embark on an introspective yet visually expressive journey. Seams in my Socks - Yonit Kosovske & Justin Grounds (Ireland, 2024) • Experimental • 7 min A multimedia work for harpsichord, narration, and moving image exploring neurodiversity, including autism, stimming, sensory issues, OCD, and a special fondness for the number 4. The Wayfarer - Veronika Jelšíková (Czech Republic/Slovakia, 2025) • Comedy/Animation • 22 min Albert has spent his whole life wanting to travel but has been stuck at home in a small village making enamel signs. He saves everything he has and reluctantly sells his home and livelihood to embark on this journey—a lifelong dream to honour a deceased friend.
