Description
Translated from the organiser's original listing
INNEC is an Amsterdam-based quartet exploring new paths in music. Their name is inspired by Wassily Kandinsky's concept of "Inner Necessity", reflecting their pursuit of purity in music while questioning established conventions. The band sits at the crossroads of contemporary music and experimental jazz, formed by four young musicians from Spain, Slovenia, Sweden and Denmark: Marcus Wärnheim (alto saxophone), Aleksander Sever (vibraphone), Ignacio Pintó (double bass) and Ludvig Søndergaard (drums). Their approach combines rhythmically and melodically complex compositional structures with free improvisation, allowing each musician's strong individual voice to merge into a unified whole. Doors open at 21:30, music starts at 22:00. Entry by donation: 12€ (non-members), 6€ (members).
