Held in the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters (UGR), this bibliographic exhibition brings together materials from the University Library collection to explore gender studies, women's history, and feminism, highlighting how feminist and gender approaches have reshaped academic research and opened new ways of interpreting historical, cultural, and social phenomena. The exhibition is organised on the occasion of the “International Colloquium on Women’s and Gender Studies: Tribute to Margarita M. Birriel Salcedo”, taking place 10 to 12 December 2025. It also serves as a tribute to Professor Margarita Birriel Salcedo (Professor of Early Modern History), a pioneer in the study of women's history in the former Kingdom of Granada. Location: exhibition area of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters Library (Aula Magna hall). Opening hours follow the Faculty’s usual opening times. Free entry.
